Today’s post honors Earth Day.

I doubt I can say anything new to the discussion of the need for people to be better stewards of the Earth.

In my research of the ocean in hope of creating an authentic feel to where my mermaid characters live, I’ve understood how beautiful the sea is and how endangered it’s become–more than I imagined.

I do what I can to aid those with power, money and connections who work toward a more pristine sea, purer air, cleaner soil. May their service continue and their successes be many.
